Taste of Communities United

Please join us for Taste of Communities United, a fundraiser for Communities United Against Hate (CUAH). This event will take place on October 15th from 5:30 - 7:30 in Kensington, MD (address to be provided upon registration). We will feature food from around the world and a panel discussion on fighting anti-Semitism and creating a framework among supportive communities to battle intolerance.  

The panel will include:

  • Hon. Evan Glass, President, Montgomery County Council

  • Lisa Taylor, Chair, Montgomery County Committee on Hate/Violence

  • Noah Diamondstein, Rabbi, Temple Sinai (invited)

  • Ach’Sah Gubena, YCC Co-President & Blair HS Senior


Proceeds will go to CUAH's Youth Creating Change program, the award-winning social justice incubator that provides high school student activists with leadership/organizer training, mentorship from community leaders, financial support for activism, and public recognition.

You can register for the event at this link by donating at one of the following levels:

  • Adults: $35.

  • Students/Seniors: $15.

  • Kids under 5 years old: free

We also welcome event sponsors at the following levels:

  • Platinum: $2,000

  • Gold: $1,000

  • Silver: $500
