The interfaith service will include music led by the Rev. Sari Ateek, readings from the Qur'an, Bible, and Hebrew scripture, by Imam Tarek Elgawhary from the Islamic Com- munity Center of Potomac, Steve Klitzman from Temple Sinai, and our St. John's Deacon Anne Derse.
Young people will lead the prayers of the people in response to gun violence. The service will end with timefor quiet reflection and lighting of candles in honor ofthose who have died or been wounded in gun violence.
